DoD Firefighter PFAS Blood Test Survey

The Fiscal Year 2020 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) mandated that PFAS blood testing be offered to eligible DoD firefighters (military and civilian) beginning 1 October 2020.  Sensing a need to track, trend, and analyze PFAS blood test results, AFSO21 LLC took the initiative to create the DoD Firefighter PFAS Blood Test Survey. This survey collects anonymous PFAS data from current and former DoD firefighters to demonstrate just how much DoD firefighters have been and continue to be exposed to toxic PFAS.

In 2021, the DoD Inspector General (IG) reported the DoD has no intention of tracking, trending, or analyzing PFAS levels among DoD firefighters thereby making the DoD Firefighter PFAS Blood Test Survey the foremost survey capturing and articulating exposure information to DoD firefighters.  Survey results can be found below and are updated monthly.

All data in the following survey is submitted anonymously.  AFSO21 LLC does not request or collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

*Disclaimer*

The DoD Firefighter PFAS Blood Test Survey is not affiliated or endorsed with/by the US Department of Defense and or US military service branches (Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy, Coast Guard).  All data entered is done so voluntarily by survey participants.
